Gum Arabic 20g (Ref No 5504) - is a useful addition for any decorator. This powder can be used to make confectionery glaze or as a thickener. It will increase the gloss and transparancy of the decorations.
Gum Tragacanth 14g (Ref No 5502) or 2 x 250g pks - is vital for creating firm/strong sugarpaste. This versatile powder will work at firming up sugarpaste, sprinkle into sugarpaste and mix. Great for modeling as the sugarpaste will dry hard.
