The Modelling Tool is approximately 6" long with a five star Tapered Cone on one end and a six star Tapered Cone on the other end. It is ideal for creating the throat of flowers when using gumpaste, sugarpaste, marzipan etc. It is also useful for producing embossed star patterns.
The tool is sometimes manufactured in black material.
